The restaurant’s decoration and atmosphere resembles a traditional Swiss “Gaststube” with a casual seating area around the bar and a more formal dining area at the rear of the restaurant.
The restaurant is filled with traditional Swiss live music on the first Thursday of each month, courtesy of local band Kapelle Grüezi Mitenand.
Roger Moullet, our experienced Swiss Chef & Restaurateur, has managed the club restaurant on behalf of our members for over twenty two years.
Together with their friendly team, they create a piece of Swiss warmth and conviviality right in the heart of Melbourne.
The Swiss Club Restaurant’s menu features not only traditional Swiss culinary delights such as Fondue or Rösti, but Roger is renowned for his seasonally inspired weekly specials.
The Restaurant also imports wine and beer from Switzerland and the traditional soft drink Rivella to make dining at the club, an authentic Swiss experience.
